My latest post on my Painting With Watercolor site covers the subject of plein air painting with watercolors.
When I first started painting plein air I found it a tremendous challenge and nearly gave up on it. It was only after some intensive research did I realise that just about everything I was doing was wrong. The article I posted covers what I did that didn't work along with what I did to correct it so that my success rate with painting outdoors improved dramatically.
